Graduations

Joint Diploma

Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master QEM entitled “Models and Methods of Quantitative Economics,” which is officially recognized as a master’s diploma by all partner universities of the Consortium and in their country with the same rights as the national degrees entitled:

  • For the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona: Master universitario en anális económico / economic analysis;
  • For the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne: Master Mathématiques et Applications, parcours Modélisation et Méthodes Mathématiques en Economie et Finance, or Master Mathématiques et Applications, parcours Ingénierie du Risque : Finance et Assurances, or Master Economie mention Monnaie Banque Finance et Assurance (MBFA), parcours Financial Economics, or (jointly with Paris School of Economics) Master Economie mention “Analyse des Politiques Economiques (APE)” (only one of the above degrees will appear on the joint degree, depending on the Study Programme during the second year);
  • For the Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia: Laurea Magistrale in Economics, Finance and Sustainability curriculum Economics-QEM (LM-56);
  • For the Université catholique de Louvain: Master en sciences économiques, orientation économétrie, à finalité approfondie;
  • The SGH Warsaw School of Economics: Magister ekonomii.

 

Diploma Supplement

In addition to the QEM Joint Diploma, each student who completed the program receives a diploma supplement that follows the model developed by the European Commission, Council of Europe, and UNESCO/CEPES.

Supplement aims to provide adequate independent data to facilitate international transparency and fair academic and professional recognition of qualifications. It is designed to describe the nature, level, context, content, and status of the studies pursued and completed by the graduate student. The Diploma supplement is free from judgment values, equivalence statements, or suggestions about recognition.
